How long does it take for my order to ship, and when will it arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In some cases, items may ship the same day, while occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery typically takes between 4–7 business days. If a product requires a longer lead time, that information will be clearly stated on the product page. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@equipchoice.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We recommend carefully inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If you notice damage—even to the packaging—please make a note of it when signing for receipt. If you’re unable to check the product at that time, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip. Should your order arrive with visible damage, please send photos to support@equipchoice.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue compensation.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and payment authorization. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone within one business day.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. Every order placed through our website generates an email confirmation sent to the address you provide at checkout. We recommend saving a copy for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delays in receiving notifications.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within Illinois, as that is where our business is located. Customers outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes can be made at no cost as long as the order has not yet shipped. Simply email us at support@equipchoice.com with your request. If there is a price adjustment, we will either issue a credit or send a custom invoice for the difference. For urgent updates or questions, you may also call us at 000-000-0000.
